Swimming Pool / Spa Inspections
Pools have the same systems as a home that all work together; Foundation, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical and Safety. Our pool inspection is done with the same attention to detail as our home inspection.
Drinking Water Analysis Tests
Drinking water package is based upon the FHA & VA minimum panel for drinking water contaminants. Samples will be analyzed for Total Coliform, E. coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity plus Iron, Manganese, and PH.
Bed Bug Screenings
The common bed bug (Cimex lectularius) has long been a pest – feeding on blood, causing itchy bites and generally irritating their human hosts. Getting good, solid information is the first step in both prevention and control.
Mold and Allergen Air Sample Tests
According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), molds produce allergens, irritants, and potentially toxic substances. The EPA also recognizes that mold exposure can trigger asthma attacks and according to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) over 20 million Americans are affected by asthma.
Often times, future residents may not even know the building was formerly used as a methamphetamine laboratory. Various toxic chemicals are used in the production of methamphetamine.
